For beginners or those looking for protective gear for practice, we recommend equipment with a stitching width of 5mm or more, as it offers excellent shock absorption. A narrower stitch width results in a more refined appearance. If visual appeal is a priority, we recommend equipment with a stitch width of 4mm or less.
